I dunno. I mean...whenever I see that the top of a parking deck only has a small protective railing, I automatically assume that it must be safe to jump.(sarcasm in the extreme)

I know that all kids probably experiment with stupid things (though not necessarily on this scale) at one point or another. But if you're going to do something stupid, at least accept the responsibility and acknowledge that you probably deserve what you get. What gets me most about this is that the parents feel that it is the garage's responsibility to make sure that it doesn't happen again. Why do people always feel the need to blow things off on someone else? I suppose they feel that it reflects badly on their abilities as a parent if there is no one else to push the blame to. I won't comment on that one because I have no experience in the parental realm, but...yeah...common sense, people.
